Bob called within 5 minutes after I requested a quote on HomeAdvisor even tho it was 9 pm on a Sunday night. He said he would come at 8 am the following morning which was a holiday at no extra charge. As anyone in Texas knows, if your AC goes out in late August you want it repaired quickly. Bob showed up on time, and the charge to fix the AC was much less than I expected. After he repaired the unit, I asked Bob to check on some hot zones inside my home. He was able to identify the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I can’t recommend any company more highly than Classic.
