Very friendly…explained all  work.

Bob and his crew were polite,  professional, courteous, cleaned up, and did a great install of 2 new AC   units. Prices were in line with quotes from other companies, but it was obvious how much Bob cared about and took pride in his work. A truly great experience.

I needed an entire new heat pump system as the one I had was 28 years old and leaking badly. Bob was truly professional in all senses of the word. He provided a flowchart for the whole house and recommended an additional vent in one room, in short more homework than any of the other bidders as well as the best price! His guys even laid out drop cloths because of the mud from recent rains. Everything   was done in a professional and timely manner. My highest recommendation to anyone needing AC service.

I actually hired Bob and his   team to fix my A/C after having another company work on it previously. My   trust level in the other company was declining. Bob immediately spotted the issue and took photos of parts to show me and told me what it would take to fix it right then and there (rather than some broad range of possible costs).   I could tell immediately he had a ton of experience and knew what he was   talking about.  He and his team were able to do the work promptly and made sure everything was just right. I will definitely hire them again. I’m very pleased.

Bob, the owner, came out   himself, assessed our situation, explained our options and provided a very reasonable estimate. We needed our evaporator cooler replaced and he rerouted some of our ducting to improve airflow.  A true professional. If needed, I’ll be a repeat customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The work was done within budget and time. The quality of work was excellent.

Bob evaluated the home for airflow which is important for those hot/cold rooms. His crew was polite and   explained a few things of what was being done. Dust had been a real problem  at the home but these guys did a great job of sealing the system. Dust is noticeably less; probably cut down on my dusting to once a month instead of  weekly.  AC was installed during winter; can’t wait to see how the cooling does with no leaks and better air flow.

I can’t not say enough good things about Bob and his team.  Other companies kept trying to sell me an A/C system. Bob had to perform some duct work repairs and my house has never been more comfortable!

Bob and his team were prompt   courteous and professional. Bob offered several options and price points to   replace my furnace and thermostat with no pressure sales tactics. He arrived on time for both the estimate and installation. The job was completed within the estimated time frame with excellent results. I am completely happy and will definitely call Bob for my annual service/tune up’s for both my air   condition and furnace unit. The customer experience on a scale of 1 -5 was a 10.  I am a lifelong customer.  Amazing job!  Thanks Bob and team.
